This building is an austere wide Convent
dated back to the 15th century. I Inside it
offers comfortable bedrooms (single/double/triple), private
bathrooms included, some with TV and minibar. The furniture
dated back to 1400 internal courtyards, the Cloister, the
Church, paintings and frescos immerge you in the historical
atmosphere. The typical Umbrian food is still personally
cooked by the nuns, supported by laymen. Most of the flavors
come from the surrounding countryside, where farmers still
grow products of quality. Olive oil and wine, necessary
essences in our cooking, are typical of Umbria where DOC
quality is homemade.
