With frescos dating back to the 300s and
one of the most captivating cloisters, Villa del Chiostro
holds within its walls centuries rich in history and art.
The arched, double dickered cloister walls were restored to
their original beauty from the years 1629-1632. Throughout
the interior, the frescos hold the logos of the town hall
and portray various scenes from the lives of famous
historical figures. Surrounding the structure, the vibrant
colors and tantalizing scents from earth fill the air and
enhance the tranquil atmosphere. With fabulous acoustics and
a spacious courtyard, the cloister is perfect for concerts
and large banquets. Rooms are bright and comfortable, simply
decorated with dark oak like furnishing and complete with
private bath and TV. |
