The Villa is located along the well famous "St. Francis' Brick Road" and it is also surrounded by a wonderful park (about 28.000
sqm), in a very good position between the basilica of St. Maria degli Angeli and downtown
of Assisi (15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bus). From the Villa, you can admire a stunning view, either on the ancient medieval village or the green surrounding landscape. The original house, with its gorgeous Assisi Stone fore wall, used to be a convent. Recently the careful restoration left the previous charm
unspoiled, although the improvements with some modern comforts and services have increased the Villa natural skills towards hospitality, in order to create a high quality hotel.
It has 25 comfortable big rooms equipped with private bathroom,
telephone, television, hairdryer. Most of the rooms have a private balcony overlooking the basilica of St.
Maria degli Angeli or the wide plains around the village or the town of Assisi with the Basilica of St. Francis.
The Villa offer also a lounge Bar and a restaurant offering typical cuisine.
The large meeting hall for 300 people can be arrange for convention and meeting using the most modern technological audiovisual equipment on request. |
