Villa del Corvo is a complex of buildings and gardens, rich in history, built mainly between 1400 and 1800. It was the property of a noble family who took care of the Park and finally of the publisher Accame. In 1980 it was purchased through a public voluntary subscription by the people and friends of Varenna for a public use. Owned by public corporations, mainly by the Municipality of Varenna, it is managed as a Hotel that has reconstructed it in compliance with the pre-existing architectural lines by reconciling harmoniously antiquities with practicality. The silent and exclusive rooms, furnished with flair and elegance, are fitted with every comfort, intended for those who are fond of small details. They offer a unique charm transferring a feeling of comfort and great liveability, and make the villa the ideal place for a pleasant stay in a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has 32 bedrooms: 3 suites, 2 lifts, services for disables, satellite TV, internet, external telephone in every bedroom and services. Huge park along the lake with botanical path.Thanks to the four halls of historical importance, already premises of important international congresses and able to accommodate up to a maximum of 150 people, the villa is able to put at disposal a state-of-the-art equipment in order to meet all the requirements of the customer.
